It is close to the end of January and it’s been another busy month for us with 3 new sponsors coming on board.  We would like to thank Brian & Linda Hall, Pardy and  Sandy Kerr for their contributions and welcome them to our esteemed group of sponsors.

In the coming weeks we are looking forward to updating all our sponsors of the progress of their peer leaders and providing them details of their educational circumstances for this year.

We have received word from Chawama SEE school, which benefited from fundraising efforts of Grangemouth Job Centre, Polmont Brownies and Rona McIntosh in the past few months.  The school is operating with 60 pupils in a rented building; the 3 teachers remain committed but have expressed some concern over financial stability of the school.  In light of this we are currently looking at funding streams which we can use to support the school as it was one of our first projects to be supported and we remain determined to ensure its continued success.
