London Marathon Success - well done Amy

A huge well done and congratulations to Amy Dyer who completed the London Marathon in an impressive 5hours 1 minute. Amy was raising awareness and funds for Friend of EduSport, we hope to have a finalised total shortly.
Amy was involved in the UK Sport IDEALS programme with Fiona in 2006, where she spent a month educating and enjoying sport in the communities. Amy worked in an organisation called Sport in Action and the funds raised will be split equally between Friend of EduSport and Sport in Action. But for now, we just wanted to say thank you and we think it was a great effort especially since it was only a week before final university dissertations were due! |
