MID- SEMESTER PROGRESS REPORT SEPTEMBER 2008:

Firstly I would like to thank all my sponsors for their contributions in allowing me to start my course at the National Institute of Public Administration. It has been a busy first term but I am grateful for this opportunity.  

The first 3 months of my course in Public Administration has been exciting.  I am studying five subjects and these are Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Government and Politics and Business Communication Skills. My major is Public Administration and it is mainly concerned with managing organizations, making and implementing policies in an organizational set up either in private or public organization. I wrote my first assignment in Government and Politics and am now doing my second assignment of semester 1.  I am very happy to be this course as I feel that when I complete the course I will be able to make a positive contribution to the community and especially in the field of Sports Management/ Sports Development. Am on a mid- semester break for one week and so far the course is going on well and the studies are going on well and in three months time, I will be sitting for my end of semester exams and am aiming at clearing al the subjects.
