Been there, done that...got the t-shirt!

The peer leaders from K-Town have produced a batch of Kalingalinga EduSport fundraising t-shirts, with the aim of raising enough money to send their volleyball and netball teams to a tournament in Livingstone in December.

The first batch have not only gone on sale, but sold out, so the teams are on their way to Livinstone! But fear not, you can still get your hands on one of these t-shirts, as modeled by Kelch. Friend of EduSport are now taking orders from Zambia and the UK (£15 to be paid on line, inc P&P). For us to put in an order and get the goods to the UK in November, we are asking that should you wish to buy a t shirt that you send an email to Hayley Barr ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and provide your postal address, the size of t shirt you require and also confirmation that you have paid on line. Where possible, please use the charity choice option from this website, as this service does not take commission from your donation so more funds will go direct to the project! We are hoping that we can confirm the UK t shirt order by the 31st October to allow us two weeks to organise the printing and be ready to travel back to the UK with Derek on his November visit.

T-shirts can also be purchased in the UK through Hayley Barr , and t-shirt orders will also be taken at the Stirling University Ceilidh, which is due to take place on 13th November at the Stirling Rugby Club in partnership with Friend of EduSport. For tickets (a bargain £15 for the event of the year!) contact Gillian MacKenzie at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

It has been decided that all profits of t shirts sold in the UK would contribute towards the K-Town committee's (Ryan Storr and Stirling Uni Alumni) fund for the development of a netball/volleyball/basketball court at the community ground. We hope you will support the community in their initiative to raise their own funds.
