Once there was a little boy who was walking down the beach. On that
particular day there were thousands of little star fishes thrown up on
the sandy beach at the high tide line. The little boy decided to start
throwing the little fishes back into the ocean. While he was doing that,
an old man came over to him and said to the boy, " What difference is
what you are doing going to make, can't you see that there are too many
of them?". The little boy got one fish and threw it back into the ocean
and said, "This one sir. This one will make a difference.

Go Sisters World Series
Friend of EduSport are looking for 25 ambassadors to deliver the Go Sisters World Series to advocate for equality and more girls in sport at the same time as sports leaders from countries around the world.
Stirling University
17th November from 1 - 4pm
Bath University

The Go Sisters World Series has two objectives, firstly to increase physical activity of girls and to raise funds and awareness for equality in some of the world’s poorest communities. The Ambassador Training Day will select 25 applicants to learn about our programme, develop the skills to deliver the event for their community and share ideas on how best to overcome inequality locally and globally.
To apply for this opportunity you must have:
Experience in leading people, including those from hard to reach groups.
Delivery experience of dance, sport or physical activity.
Understanding of the barriers to participation for girls and awareness of the solutions.
Availability to deliver your Go Sisters World Series event between 5-12th March 2012.
