Friend of EduSport is beginning to make a name for itself, as demonstrated by some recent announcements!

 Fiona Campbell, FoE founder, has been nominated to carry the Olympic flame in the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay. The nomination is testament to the great charity work Fiona has been involved with, specifically around her work with FoE promoting sport as a medium to empower youth. Fiona becomes the third FoE board member to receive a nomination - see Derek Keir's nomination here, and Rona McIntosh's here.

 In more exciting news, Derek Keir has also been voted onto the board of NIDOS (Network of International Development Organisations in Scotland). You can read more about the network on their website.
