Monitoring and EvaluationOur Zambian based staff work closely with our sponsored peers on a regular basis and visit our projects in schools regularly using a variety of methods, such as examination results and interviews with students and teachers to gather information about the effectiveness of our program. With such close monitoring our staff are able to provide regular feedback to highlight areas of success and areas for future improvement.
ResultsWith a combined total of over 15 years of university education, Friend Of EduSport directors and trustees have been trained to monitor, evaluate and ultimately attain results. Identifying our success this year gives us a baseline target for next year and we are dedicated to providing young Zambians with the opportunity to get healthy in sport and stay healthy with the lifelong gift of education.
Since our inception in 2007, Friend Of EduSport have impacted the lives of many young Zambians by:- - Setting up Chawama Sport and Educational Empowerment School
- Peer Leader Sponsorship
- Education Workshops
- Donating £900 worth of sports equipment
- Donating £500 of computer, phone and camera equipment to support our programs
Friend Of EduSport value our sponsors and supporters therefore we provide many reports on the projects our donors adopt. For instance, sponsors of peer leaders will receive a thank you letter directly from the young person they have sent back to school. They will also receive a photograph and a school report which highlights the progress of the young peer leader.
