1st Polmont Brownies held an African themed fundraising evening this week on behalf of Friend of EduSport and raised an impressive £90.
The fundraising event contained Zambian games, getting dressed up in African fabric, a 'Bring and Buy a Book Stall' and everyone's favourite 'pin the tail on the elephant'!!
The Brownie pack have requested that their fundraising goes towards the support of Chawama Sport & Educational Empowerment School. Their money will allow the school to build some more desks for their pupils, secure the next few months of electricity for ther building and purchase some much needed teaching resources such as chalk and textbooks.
